Services

Interactive goal-setting mini-modules, live coaching sessions, and related support services provided by GoalsOneAir.

Digital Products

On-demand courses, e-books, workbooks, and other downloadable materials focused on goal-setting.

Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks, journals, and other branded materials.

Fees

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment of applicable fees is required before access or delivery.

Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options depending on your purchase type:

Services: You may request a full refund or reschedule your session if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 10 business days. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the session, no refund is available, as we reserve resources and specialist time exclusively for you.
Digital Products: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To initiate a refund, please contact us. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment source within 10 business days.
Goods: Unused items in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once the items are received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping charges, to the original payment source within 10 business days.

No Refund Cases

Custom coaching packages, discounted bundles, and one-off promotional items are non-refundable due to the exclusive allocation of materials and specialist time upon purchase.

Rescheduling

To reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may not be honored, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
